Description

17. Contractor shall be responsible for performing Erosion Control along Suckchon Road, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Work shall include clearing, grubbing, grading, and seeding. Also, work shall include construction of hardened crossing and low water crossings. Contract type is firm fixed price. NAICS is 23499/$27.5 Million. The estimated dollar range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and Reinstatement of Small Business Setaside for Group 16/NAICS 23499, the acquisition will be 100% setaside for Small Business Concerns. A price preference will be given to all identified Hubzone contractors as stipulated in FAR 19.1307; Subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. For the purpose of determining small business size as it relates to this acquisition, in order to be considered a small business concern, a business concern and its affiliates annual revenue for the past 3 years must not have exceeded $27.5 million in order to be classified as a small business concern.
