- Description
- The U.S. Navy requests the provision of personnel and supplies for the delivery and operation of one Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV). The vessel is currently located in Key West, Florida and is to be delivered to NAVSTA Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico, where it will be operated by the awardee.
