Description

This is a Sources Sought for the Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards AFB CA, (AFFTC). The AFFTC has a requirement for configuration, integration, and support utilizing PeopleSoft, Synergen, Scitor PS8, Primavera and possible other government furnished commercial off-the-shelf business software applications to form an Enterprise Business System. These applications will be configured and integrated with existing infrastructure (software and hardware), workforce and processes. Processes to be integrated will include labor hour reporting, work order tracking, resource management, project management, financial management, procurement, and inventory control. COTS software must also be integrated with AFFTC locally developed software applications and Air Force downward directed software applications. Development of curriculum and training tools to include handbooks, learning guides, computer based training modules and any other tools needed to facilitate training of technical support personnel in the operation and maintenance of software applications and end users in utilization of the software applications. All questions and or comments are to be submitted in writing or email to Ms. Senah Williams, Contract Negotiator or Mr. John Adair, Contracting Officer. Responses shall be limited to 25 pages and should include, as a minimum, documentation showing capability, expertise and past performance. NAIC code is 541511 and the size is $18 million. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
