Description

A visitor Center/Office will be constructed by the Bureau of Land Management in Cannonville, Utah as part of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monumnet. The approximately 4500 square foot single level building will be constructed under a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance will be approximately 9 months. The Constractor shall perform the duties of Project Inspector for the construction. The incumbent shall serve as the Government's on site quality control expert and monitor the construction contractor's technical efforts and overall progress. On-site inspection will be required each day the construction contractor is working at the site. Work under this contract is locted in Garfield County, Utah. The estimated price range of this project is $25,000 and 100,000.
