Solicitation Amendment #4: 1)Amendment #3, Question 10 ONLY is deleted. Section D.7. Contractor-Furnished Items, Paragraph D.7.4. is as follows PER AMENDMENT #2 DATED 1/28/01: The contractor shall have the capability to store digitally dictated voice recordings for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days, allowing VA Medical Facility to review dictated reports during that period on an as-needed basis. Recordings shall be easily accessible. 2) OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ALL AMENDMENTS ISSUED AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Signed copies of all amendments shall be provided with offer. 3) Offerors shall clarify all previously received pricing offers to acknowledge receipt of ALL AMENDMENTS. Revised pricing proposals are to be submitted if necessary. 4) DUE DATE is hereby extended until 3:00PM local time March 2, 2001.
