Description

VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV will issue a solicitation for Community Based Primary Care Services. The intent is to provide Primary Care Services by a local provider within the community. Veterans will be enrolled in the Clinic by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Huntington, WV for the period of one year from the date of Notice to Proceed. Veterans to be served under this capitation payment contract reside primarily in Mingo County, WV and surrounding counties. The healthcare provider must be physically located in Mingo County, WV within the city limits of Williamson, WV. This contract will include Base Year with Two, One Year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. Closing date is on or about April 13, 2001 at 4:30 PM local time.
