Description

This synopsis is a sources sought and does not constitute a solicitation for proposal. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is interested in procuring a voice case information system by which members of the public can use a touch tone telephone or TTY to access court case information. The information which will be provided will be extracted from multiple databases which include UNIFY and INFORMIX running on UNIX systems. The responses need to include pre-recorded as well as customized voice responses, and must be tunable to different dialects. Both alpha and numeric information will be provided as input and output responses. Systems proposed should include the hardware and software necessary to operate the system. Sources responding shall indicate whether they can respond to the requirement herein.
