- The Food and Drug Administration, Center for Drugs, Evaluation and Research (CDER) has a requirement to purchase access to EMBASE.COM Online Information end-user database from Reed Elsevier, Inc. on a sole source basis. This requirement is needed to obtain online pharmaceutical and biomedical information required by the CDER's Medical Library. This requirement is considered to be sole source. Therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
