Provide Trash Removal Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare Network Upstate NY -- Buffalo VA Medical Center site. Contract award to be for base year and four (4) option years in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 13 -- Simplified Acquisition Methods and Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
