This is a sole source acquisition to W.L. Gore & Associates, P/N 1370AS502 Rev L for Seam Tape & Patches, Heat Sealable-CWU-70/P Series, NSN:8475-01-193-0469 & NSN: 8305-01-189-6361. This is a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and two option years. Military Specifications are not available. Destinations are Tracy Ca. and New Cumberland Pa. Deliveries will be required beginning 180 days after date of award. All materials are contractor furnished. Include notes 9, 22, 26.
