Deliveries are to made to UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, 3625 FCI Road, Marianna, FL 32446. All items are to be delivered FOB Destination. Delivery is 30 days after receipt of delivery order. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past performance, quality and price. Additional information will be provided in solicitation document. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offerors may receive a copy of the solicitation by logging onto UNICOR=S webpage at www.UNICOR.gov/procurement. The solicitation will be available on or about February 28, 2001.
