This item is restricted to the approved source, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, 5000 E. McDowell Road, Meza, AZ 85215-9797. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part requires engineering sources approval by the design activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source requires acquisition of the part from the approved source.
