Description

Requirement for award of an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to replace existing flooring in ten (10) buildings located in the 1200 block at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This project includes demolition and removal of existing floor coverings; provide underlayment and resilient flooring installation. The term of the contract will be for one year with a Government option to extend for one (1) option year period. Project magnitude for the contract period is between $200,000 and $300,000. A 20% bid bond is required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235520 and the size standard is $11.5 million. Request for the IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package. No company, personal, registered checks, or cash accepted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered.
