Description

Indefinite Quantity-Indefinite Delivery: NONPERSONAL SERVICES: Provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials (except government-furnished carpet) necessary to perform removing carpet, replacing base, replacing carpet, patching floor, and moving furniture from various locations on Maxwell AFB and Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 1 June 01 through 31 May 02 with four one-year option periods. This is a 100% small business set aside. Small business size standard is $11.5 mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 235520. Participation in this acquisition is limited to firms within a 100 mile radius of Maxwell AFB and Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. Interested offerors should submit with their requests their address, phone, fax and E-mail numbers, business size/type, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and TAX ID numbers to the contract specialist in writing.
