Description

N68950-01-R-3722, Rental of Portable Toilets & Pumping of Holding Tanks at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana. The accomplishment of this work effort will be via a Requirements Contract utilizing the Commerical Acquisition Procedures found in Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12. The contract will also provide for four (4) additional 12-month periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will be issued as a performance contract, best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation and will include past performance in similar work and a performance narrative. Work includes provisions of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision for the provision of portable toilet rentals, cleaning/servicing of units and the pumping of septic and surface water holding tanks complete and ready for use. Estimated Cost Range: $25,000 -- $100,000 This proposed contract listed here is a Small Business Set-aside procurement. The North American Industrail Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991 Septic Tank & Related Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $5 Million. Approximate release date is March 13, 2001. Approximate proposal due date will be April 16, 2001, 4:00 p.m. local time, Crane, Indiana. This RFP will be released via the Internet.
