Fort Eustis will be hosting an ON-SITE Technology Expo at the Officers' and Civilians' Club on Thursday, June 21, 2001. Over 32,000 personnel are located at this base, and we expect an outstanding attendee turn-out! At our last expo here in June 2000, over 225 personnel were in attendance. Our sponsorship is strong here, and we expect many VIPs to come through the expo! This event will be promoted to many high-tech groups on base, including the following: U.S. Army Training Support Center, U.S. Army Aviation Logistics School, U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Military Traffic Management Command Transportation Engineering Agency, AMC Logistics Assistance Office, Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army TRADOC Acquisition Center, and many more! Some of the requested technologies include, but are not limited to: Presentation Systems, Office Automation, Video Teleconferencing, Printers, Virtual Reality, Multimedia, Memory Boards, Copiers, Statistical Software, Laptops/Notebooks, Client/Server, Firewalls, CAD/CAM.CAE, and many more.
