Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source procurement to Pacific Smiles, GCIC Building, Suite 402 Agana Guam 96932 for the orthodontic treatment for outside referral for civilian medical care. This purchase will be done under Simplified Acqusition Procedures and other than full and open competition as authroized under FAR 6.302.1. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this ntoice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
