- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for consultative services for a seasoned specialist with years of experience in Executive and Legislative branches. It is VA's intent to acquire the services of a senior official. This individual has over 35 years of service in the Executive and Legislative branches with extensive background and experience in the federal government. Given the requirement for providing advice and guidance to the new administration, in depth historical knowledge is required. See Note 22.
