DESC: Notes 22 and 26 apply. The government has a requirement to repair a basic quanity of 1 and an option quanity of 1-5 items applicable to the MC-130E Combat Talon I Aircraft. Fan Tubeaxial, NSN: 4140-01-407-9668LG, P/N: WPF-1200-3-420. FOR: ElectroMech Technologies, 2600 S. Custer Street, Cage Code: 54395 Wichita, KS 67217-1324. CBD Local Notes: All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
