Description

Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price standing delivery order for the following supplies manufactured by Diagnostica Stago: CLIN 0001 Cat#: 0674 Fibrinogen 12x5ml 10 kit; CLIN 0002 Cat#: 0360 Owen Koller Buffer Solution 24x15ml 8 kit; CLIN 0003 Cat#: 0600 StaClot LA (10 test per kit) 52 kit; CLIN 0004 Cat#:0515 LiaTest D-Dimer 6x6ml 24 kit; and CLIN 0005 Cat#: 0526 LiaTest Control N&P 2x12x1ml 48 Kit. Delivery schedule shall be divided into 4 quarterly shipments during the period 01 March 2001 through 28 February 2002. The quotation number is DADA13-01-T-0036. The NAICS code is 325413 and the business size standard is 500 employees.
