Description

This is Amendment 1 to the synopsis entitled COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE, Solicitation Number RFQ9-WSRE-W01-1-26Q which was posted February 2, 2001. You are hereby notified that the following questions and answers are incorporated into the RFQ. Question 1: What is the model of the Renishaw video probe that you intend to use on the CMM? Answer: The video probe is a VP2. Question 2: Specification requires use of PH10M probe head already owned by NASA/WSTF. To do this, you must also provide the probe head controller unit as well. I'll need the model number of this controller box. It will be something like "PHC10" and can be found on the front of the box. There may also be a dash number following the model number. I'll need that too. Answer: The probe head controller unit is a PHC 10, the video probe interface is a VP12, and the optical probe interface is an OP16. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.
