Description

Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for the following items in support of the F-14 LANTIRN: Mounting Point Standard (P/N 717752222-009, quantity 1 each; Laser Focal Plane Module, (P/N 717762370-009), quantity 1 each; FLIR Focal Plane Module, (P/N 717769960-019), quantity 1 each; DMM (P/N 1362MT), quantity 2 each, Digital O-Scope (P/N E1428A), quantity 2 each. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Lockheed Martin Information Systems is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required items. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
