CONSTRUCTION AND LEASE of a new postal facility at Culleoka, TN 38451-9998 (Maury County). Minimum site size required is 46,375 SF +/- (1.06 acres +/-) with approximate dimensions of 175' X 265'. The net interior of the building will contain 3,032 SF. 20 year lease term with four, five-year renewal options. Preferred area is N-1/2 mile from existing post office, S-Highway 373, E-One block from Highway 373, W-Highway 373.
