R-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Ocean Services (NOS) National Marine Sanctuary has a requirement for a contractor to provide services to coordinate special event for the National Marine Sanctuary System, with a great deal of support for the Monitor National Marine Sanctuary (MNMS) and Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary (GRNMS). Requirements: 1) Contractor shall develop and execute national and local outreach programs relating to special events within the NMSS, including the major support needed at GRNMS and MNMS. 2) Contractor shall participate closely with all other officials within NMSS, oand its partners to develop coordinated special events, support and outreach. 3) Contractor shall plan, organize, execute and evaluate comprehensive nationwide media campaigns for NMSS including targeted campaigns to further the goals and mandates of the MNSS. 4) Contractor shall Plan and coordinate and execute news releases, feature articles and media events on a national, regional and local level for all NMSS, as well as arranges media opportunities for GRNMS and MNMS. This is to be evaluated on a "Best Value Basis" giving due consideration to price, approach and past performance.
