Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, has a requirement for Accounts Maintenance Support Services which requires the continuation of contract support for accounts maintenance and accounts receivable. The contractor will provide services in the following work areas: 1) recording obligations and reimbursements and processing invoices; 2) coordinating payroll activities; 3) coordinating travel activities; 4) processing specialized accounts; 5) entering data into and generating reports from the Department's financial management system; 6) reviewing requests for the issuance of checks; 7) creating and maintaining financial records; 8) preparing various financial reports; 9) tracking reimbursable accounts; 10) tracking accounts receivable; and 11) assisting in the preparation of records for the Division's annual financial audit. The contractor shall provide personnel and supervision to perform all functions under a single contract. The Government anticipates the award of an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract for a base year and four (4) one year options. Contractor performance shall be at the Department of Justice, Civil Division, Washington, DC. The solicitation document will be available on or about April 4, 2000. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541219.
