CHANGE: More than one definitive contract may be awarded from this solicitation based upon building clusters. ADD: The elevator maintenance services may be performed at various buildings under the jurisdiction of at least seven clusters. The Foggy Bottom Cluster may include the (1) General Services Administration Headquarters Buildings, 1800 F Street, N.W., Washington, D. C.; (2) Department of State, Washington, D. C.; (3) Navy Hill Buildings, Third & M Streets, S.E., Washington, D. C.; (4) Office of Personnel Management, 19th & E Streets, N.W., Washington, D. C., etc. CHANGE: The period of performance for each contract is a base period of three years with two (2) three-year options. The total performance period will not exceed nine years. CHANGE: A bid guarantee is not required for this solicitation. CHANGE: This procurement is unrestricted for full and open competition.
