Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice is for maintenance and inspection of oil/water separators and grit chambers. The contractor shall inspect, sample/analyze, pump out, clean, maintain, and properly dispose of all resulting waste from oil/water separators and grit chambers located at Fairchild AFB, WA. There are approximately 21 tanks ranging in size from 250 to 11000 gallon. There are approximately 4 grit chambers ranging in size from 20 to 165 cubic feet. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310. Small business size standard is $5M. The performance period will be for a one-year basic period, with an anticipated start date of 1 May 01, and 4 one-year option periods.
