Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Varnish, Vehicle, Alkyd low viscosity, in 55-gallon non-returnable drums to be in accordance with Bureau of Engraving and Printing specification noV:ALV-1C dated 9/5/95. The selected vendor will be required to mark each drum with net and gross weight, BEP stock number and purchase order number on pallet. Request for RFQ-19-57 must be submitted in writing to the above address or facsimile to (202) 874-3135 in order to receive the complete package of RFQ-19-57. This acquisition is set-side for small businesses under North American Industry Classification system (NAICS)325998 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All responsible small business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, sic code, business size std, and Duns number. Quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of the notice and a purchase order will be awarded soon after 02/28/01. No phone request will be
