Description

Solicitation for a new construction leased postal facility as a new Main Office in New London, NC 28127. Construction of approximately 5,117 net interior square foot building to be constructed on an USPS controlled site of approximately 92,500 gross square feet of land. The site is described as follows: Approximately 320 ft. northeast of the intersection of Gold Street and Ferry Road in New London, NC for a purchase price of $80,000.00. The base lease term is for 20 years with four five-year renewal options.
