Description

RFP# JC-RIV-0-03 for the operation of the Albuquerque Job Corps Center located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, will be available on the World Wide Web, Job Corps acquisition home page, on or about March 5, 2001 at http://www/wdsc.org/jobcorps/schedule.html. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost-reimbursement plus fixed-fee for a 2-year base period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2003, plus three Governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 325 residential students and 90 non-residental students; 181 males, and 234 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2001 at the Albuquerque Job Corps Center, 1500 Indian School Road, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87104. There will be a tour of the facility following the pre-proposal conference. Upon entering the facility, participants must report to the Administration area. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, May 9, 2001 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
