Description

CBD numbered Note 22 is applicable. The only known source capable of satisfying this requirement is Johnson Controls Inc, Warner Robins GA. The anticipated period of performance is one year from the date of contract award. Brief description: The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation for the maintenance of mechanical controls at Bldg 220, Robins AFB GA in accordance with a Statement of Work to be provided. After a required waiting period, a solicitation of proposals, including the Statement of Work, shall be provided at web site http://pkec.robins.af.mil/pkobiz.htm. The proposal due date will be included in the solicitation. No telephone requests will be accepted -- only written requests received directly from the requestor.
