Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Peoria Housing Road, Project No. G00-0162(2)G,S, is a proposed grade, drain and paving project. The project is located in the S l/2 of Section 34, T28N, R23E, of the Indian Base and Meridian, Ottawa County, OK, which is about 2.5 miles east and 1.0 mile south of the tollgate from I-44 to Miami, OK at State Highway 10. The Cost Range, for this project, is $1,000,000.00 to $2,500,000.00. Request bid documents with a $50.00 (non-refundable) Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Money Order, made payable to the "Bureau of Indian Affairs', Eastern Oklahoma Regional Ofice, Division of Administration-Contracts, Room 437, 101 N. Main Street, Muskogee, OK 74401-6206. Cash, Personal or Company Checks are not acceptable. Request Bid documents on or after March 06, 2001. Bid Opening will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2001, 10:00 A.M., Local Time at the place of Bid Opening, Room 410, U. S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 101 N. 5th St., Muskogee, OK 74401-6206. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for March 20, 2001, at 10:00 A.M., Local Time at the place of conference, Room 410, U. S. Courthouse and Federal Building, Muskogee, OK, 74401-6206. There will be no other scheduled Pre-Bid Conference and all interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
