- Peppermint Heliport Office -- This project involves the construction of a 1192 square foot wood office building with utilities, and concrete walks. The structure is to be connected to existing underground electric power, existing sewer and water lines. Option items include: (1) Furnish and install fiber-cement siding on the adjacent warehouse and barracks buildings. Estimated start work date is May 1, 2001. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
