Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing a 55 cubic feet per second (cfs) pumping station at Twelvemile Bayou in Shreveport, Louisiana. Principal features of the work include mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, control of water, excavation, fill, backfill, embankment, pump support structure with chain link fence and shed-type roof, electric pump, 36-inch steel discharge pipe, vacuum breaker, pipe support structure, painting, concrete work, mechanical work, electrical work, providing as-built drawings (electronic and paper), erosion control, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
