- Water well drilling consisting of drilling and developing four potable water wells to replace existing wells that do not meet current well construction standards. Well sites are at Cove Creek Group Camp, White Pines Group Camp, Coontree Picnic Area -- all in Transylvania County, Pisgah Ranger District, North Carolina. The fourth site is Mills River Campground, Henderson County, Pisgah Ranger District, North Carolina. Cost is estimated between $25,000-$100,000.
