Description

The above referenced solicitation previously solicited using the NAICS 235990 and designated as a "100% Set Aside for Small Business" has been changed. This solicitation is to be converted to the NAICS Code 234990 and the "100% Set Aside for Small Business" Determination has been removed. The Government intends to award a "Design/Build" Contract under "Full and Open Competition". This requirement is to be solicited under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Thus allowing UNRESTRICTED Competition. The solicitation and amendments are available currently on the Internet, please visit the USMA Directorate of Contracting Web Site at http://www.usma.army.mil/doc/solic.htm.
