Description

The work consists of removal of existing shakes and nails, installing plywood sheating on the buildings. Remove two chimneys, and reroofing the Tonasket Ranger District Office with asphalt shingles. Work includes installation of continuous ridge vents. The Additive Bid Item work consists extending the existing roofline over the doorwy of Building D on the west side. Work includes removing a section existing building, and roofing with asphalt shingles. The estimated value of the project is $25,000 -- $100,000. This project is set aside for emerging small business. The Tonasket Ranger District is located one block east of State Route 97 on West Winesap street at the north end of Tonasket, Washington. Tonaskert is located 26 miles north of Omak, Washington.
