Description

The purpose of this amendment is to correct the amount of funds to be distributed to the childcare providers, and to provide some additional important information. The amount to be distributed to the childcare providers is estimated to be $1,000,000.00 and not the amount printed in the notice. Also the number of applications that are expected to be processed by the contractor to determine employee eligibility is estimated to be 300. It also has been determined that at least 35 licensed childcare providers are participating in this program. The administration of this program shall be performed at the contractor's facility.
