Description
Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR PART 13. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis for services with Construction Electronics, Inc. This requirement is for Relocation of Integrated Electronic Security System access control equipment from Building A29, Room 114 to Building 48, Room 101 with the following Statement of Work: 1. Document and Tag all IESS cabling, fiber-optics, telco lines in Bldg. 29 2. Provide onsite co-ordination to facilitate scheduling of equipment and cabling transfer . Note: Trunk Cabling and patch panel transfer to Bldg. 48 is by SPAWARSYSCEN. 3. Provide and install new IESS Cabling raceways and equipment rack power distribution in Bldg. 48. 4. Provide and install two (2) free standing equipment racks for CCTV, Fiber Optic, Transceivers and Intercom electronics. 5. Remove, re-install and reconnect CCTV Electronic Equipment. 6. Remove, reinstall and reconnect Intercom Electronic Equipment. 7. Remove, reinstall and reconnect Fiber optic Electronic Equipment. 8. Provide, install and label all cabling, patch cords, fiber optic patch cords and connectors as required. 9. Remove, reinstall and reconnect Westinghouse ACU's (Provide new cabinets in Bldg. 48 to facilitate cutover.). 10. Remove, reinstall and reconnect all associated equipment, power supplies, interfaces etc for JESS systems. 11. Remove, reinstall and reconnect Westinghouse CPU/Printer. 12. Remove, reinstall and reconnect Gateway Badging Interface CPU. 13. Remove, reinstall and reconnect two(2) existing cardreaders to secure entries in Bldg. 48. 14. Remove, reinstall and reconnect Post I door intercom panel. 15. Remove, reinstall and reconnect Post 1 door CCTV Camera. 16. Provide and install two(2) electric door locks in Bldg. 48. 17. Disconnect and label cabling for Post 1 Console. 18. Reconnect Post 1 console in Bldg. 48. 19. Complete test of the IESS Access, CCTV and Intercom Systems. 20.
