Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number DCA200-01-T-5031 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Evaluation Criteria For Award: Award shall be made to the contractor who is determined to be lowest price, technically acceptable in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Security Regulations DISA INSTRUCTION 240-110-8 and DOD REGULATION 5200.1R contained therein. Determination of technical acceptability will include passing a site inspection by DECC Columbus security personnel. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. (v) Provide a price quote for the following CLINS IAW with the Statement of Work dated 06 Feb 2001 (below CLIN structure)Period of Performance (POP) will begin approximately 30 days after contract award.
