Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to Pinnacle, Inc., 374 Forest Avenue, Morgantown, WV, 26505. DISA has a requirement for thirteen (13) MOREplus Software site licenses. The MOREplus software is a cataloging tool that is part of the DII Asset Distribution (DAD) system architecture. Details of the specification will be faxed upon request. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within 5 days following the publication of this notice and no later than 2:00 p.m. EST to: Franklin Wheeler, Jr., DTN2, 703-607-6904, FAX 703-607-4340.
