Description

This is a notice that the Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, MD intends to issue an order, on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-99-G-1120 with Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd., Middlesex, England to procure NACES improved catapult upper attachment sleeve assemblies for the T-45 Aircraft. Martin-Baker Aircraft Co. Ltd. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of NACES and the only known firm that possess the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform this effort. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See note 22*****
