- Description
- This procurement is only open to U.S. and Foreign-owned U.S. companies at the prime contractor level. This CBD announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA). The Electronic Warfare Management Directorate, WR-ALC/LN, announces the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) release for the Incremental AN/ALR-69 RWR Upgrade effort for improved threat location and identification capability. This upgrade potentially affects 1,000 systems. Agency Source Selection Procedures will be utilized to select a single prime contractor to perform system design, development, integration, fabrication, testing, and interim logistics support of the Upgraded RWR. The competition will include up to six options to (potentially) exercise production quantities in excess of 250 per year; however, monthly delivery rates are not expected to exceed 20 per month. The anticipated DRFP release date is on or about 12 Jun 2000.
