Description

Electronic Time Fuze for Mortars (XM784/XM785). This procurement action is limited to U. S. and Canadian sources. This requirement was previously publicized as a draft solicitation on November 19, 2000. RFP DAAE30-01-R-0300 was issued on January 24, 2000. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be revised by means of Amendment 0001 from March 12, 2001 to March 30, 2001. The Statement of Work (Section C) Attachment 1 (Requirements Document) and Attachment 3 (Government Studies, Designs and Component Engineering Work) contain export-controlled technical data with the following distribution statement: "Distribution D: Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U. S. DoD contractors only; Reason: Critical Technology; 4 Oct 2000. Controlling DoD office is PM-Mortars, ATTN: AMSTA-DSA-MO, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000." The RFP, with the exception of the aforementioned documents, is available for downloading from the following website: http://procnet.pica.army.mil. The limited distribution documents may be obtained by contacting the contract specialist, Sandy Chisholm, schishol@pica.army.mil.
