Description

F09609-01-R-0001-FGWB 00-0009, Urgent Repair to Sanitary Sewer, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. Provide all plant, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to provide replacement of sewer tangents and repair/replacement of sewer manholes as identified in the specifications and drawings. The period of performance for the basic contract (CLIN 0001) is 120 calendar days to include material approval, acquisition, transportation and installation. Optional Items CLINs 0002, 0003, and 0004 may be awarded subject to the availability of funds and will have an additional 14 day performance period for each, if any, optional item awarded. The contract will be firm fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS Code is 234910 with a size standard of $17.0M. Solicitation F09609-01-R-0001 will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP)-Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available on the internet. Solicitation will be available on the GSA Electronic Posting System (EPS) on or about 27 February 2001 with proposals due on or about 29 March 2001. Paper copies will not be provided. When the solicitation is downloaded off the EPS system, it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive. Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on the EPS without notice. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense (DoD) contract.
