Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting Sealed Bids for the renovation of fire damaged units located at five (5) separate developments as follows: Kingsbury Apartments -- 5655 Kingsbury, Apt. #'s 202 and 610 Clinton-Peabody -- 1530 Castle, 1532 Castle, 1012 Dillon & 1452 Chouteau Blumeyer Elderly -- 3330 Page, 16th Floor Lobby and Apt. # 220 Blumeyer Family -- 3307 Cook Avenue Cochran Plaza -- # 10 New Haven Solicitation documents will be available for pick up in the SLHA's, Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Boulevard, St. Louis MO 63108 starting a 1:00 p.m. (local time) Wednesday, February 14, 2001. Documents may be purchased for $75.00 per set on a non-refundable bases with either a cashiers check or money order payable to the St. Louis Housing Authority. A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) in the Cental Office of the SLHA. Site tours are scheduled for each Wednesday during the bidding period, participation MUST BE BY APPOINTMENT by contacting Frank Roth, Senior Construction Inspector at 314-286-4393. The SLHA will receive sealed bids for this project until 2:00 p.m. (local time) Wednesday, March 14, 2001 at the St. Louis Housing Authority, Procurement Section, Third Floor, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis MO 63108, at which time and place all qualified bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders must comply with Section 3 and MBE/WBE Requirements. Bidders not in the local area may call 314-286-4234 during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) for instructions on obtaining the solicitation documents and drawings.
