Description

Sealed Bid I1253000071 -- Construct Curatorial/Museum Storage Facility at Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historical Site located approximately 85 miles southeast of Missoula near Deer Lodge, Montana. Construction Magnitude of this project is $500,000 to 1,000,000. The work of this contract consists of the general construction of a Curatorial/Museum Storage Facility to include site development, utilitities, landscaping, footings, foundations, retaining walls, pre-engineered metal building system, carpentry, metal stud partitions, gypsum drywall, waterproofing, insulation, metal doors, frames, windows, millwork, finishes, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, mechanical, electrical and security system per Government provided specifications and plans.
