Description

This notification is for informational purpose only. The Government intends to award a lease for equipment, as a single source contract, to Transport International Pool, Inc., DBA GE Capital Modular Space for portable modular office trailers in support of a Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC), at Nellis AFB. The effort will support the Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2SIR), integration that is being operationalized throughout the Combat Air Force. The Government is taking advantage of a previous requirement in support of the Joint Expeditionary Force Experiment. Effort will include logistics support, repair and maintenance of six modular office buildings. The contract will be awarded for a lease with an option to buy. The lease will be for one year with four option years. Buyout can occur at the end of the base year or at the end of either option year. Interested parties are required to respond no later than 16 February 2001.
