Description

The General Services Administration is requesting proposals from Energy Service Providers able to provide electric service to a variety of Federal government installations in Washington, DC and the Maryland suburbs of Washington. The successful offeror will supply electricity for a minimum of 24 complete billing cycles, with an option period for at least 24 billing cycles to be made available to the Government. The start date for deliveries shall be the next billing cycle following contract award. The due date for the offers shall be 4:30 pm EST on March 2, 2001. On or about February 16, 2001 the solicitation will be posted in the _Contracting Opportunities_ section of the Public Utilities web page located at: http://www.gsa.gov/pbs/xu/contracts.htm or it can be accessed through the General Services Administration Electronic Posting System.
