Description

The US. Department of Housing and Urban Development is issuing Request for Quotations R12AN0057 for an indefinite quantity contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for construction inspections of substantial rehab projects in Norfolk, Plymouth, Bristol and Barnstable counties in Massachusetts. The proposed purchase order is for one year with a maximum order limitation of $100,000. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541310 with a size standard of $4 million dollars average annual sales. The RFQ will be available on or about 15 days and quotations due on or about 25 days after this notice is printed in the Commerce Business Daily. Special Announcement: This notice and RFQ will be posted on HUD_s Internet Home page since HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities at http://www.hud/gov/cts/ctsoprty.html. Potential quoters who download copies of the RFQ from HUD_s homepage Contracting Opportunities will not automatically receive amendments to those solicitations.
